This Machine Operator Position Features:

Pay rate $22.00 - $25.00 based on experience
7:30 am to 4:00 pm; Mon-Fri. afternoon shift TBD
The Role
The Machine Operator is responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and quality output of production line equipment. This role supports consistent machine performance and product quality, working closely with the Production Manager and Shift Lead.
Key Responsibilities
•Operate can line equipment to meet production and quality standards
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues
• Perform product inspections, quality tests, and machine calibrations
• Follow production procedures and complete all required reports accurately
• Monitor rejected products and report quality issues to Quality Control
• Communicate equipment or production issues to the Shift Lead and Production Manager
Knowledge & Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1- 5 year experience operating industrial equipment in a manufacturing setting
• Proficient with basic hand tools
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working 8-hour shifts (day, afternoon, or night)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• English fluency (reading, writing, speaking)
