Job Overview

As Fleet Administrator, you will collect, monitor, and report fleet vehicle and driver compliance data in accordance with National Safety Code (NSC) requirements. You will maintain accurate regulatory documentation, support compliance audits, manage fleet records, and coordinate daily delivery schedules with drivers, operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient fleet operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, shipping teams, and external customers.
• Maintain accurate and compliant driver, vehicle, and equipment records per NSC and company policy.
• Review and monitor driver electronic logs and vehicle inspection reports.
• Prepare and process fleet vendor invoices.
• Support driver and fleet qualification audits and regulatory requirements.
• Assist dispatch and the National Trainer with daily fleet operations.
