Maintenance Technician

Do you have experience in maintenance? If so, we need someone who has excellent leadership, communication and mechanical skills. The Maintenance Person will work diligently and efficiently by maintaining and performing daily equipment inspections and other duties. What You Will Do :

Complete preventive maintenance tasks as requested

Perform daily equipment inspection reports

Perform basic / complex mechanical maintenance tasks

Building maintenance tasks including Bobcat for Parking Lot Snow Removal

Communicate requirements both written and orally within the maintenance department

Any other duties as assigned

Must Haves :

1 –5 years mechanical maintenance experience; basic electrical knowledge

HVAC Knowledge

Ability to work independently; maintain a high standard of workmanship

Some welding fabrication and fabrication experience

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems

Basic computer knowledge required

Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints

Salary :

30.00-$35.00 hourly, plus benefits based on experience
