Senior Gameplay Programmer
ABOUT THE COMPANY :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Gameplay Programmer to join a leading remote game studio, known for working on exciting games that you grew up wanting to play!
As a Senior Gameplay Programmer, you will be responsible for creating new systems and mechanics by having the opportunity to work on multiple aspects of the game.
This full-time remote role requires a minimum of 5 years' industry experience, expertise in Unreal or Bespoke C++ Engines.
Remote employees must reside in Quebec or Ontario.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop and implement features to ensure a high-quality gaming experienceIdentify and mitigate technical risks, maintaining project timelinesFoster strong stakeholder relationships to align technical decisions with the project visionAbility to write efficient and maintainable codeArchitect, plan, and implement new game features and systems
REQUIREMENTS : 5+ years of games industry experience, with proficiency in C++ and Console developmentGenuine passion for making and playing video gamesStrong problem-solving skills and commitment to collaborationExperience in developing gameplay, tools and / or engine systems
Desired Skills : A keen interest in RPG GameUnreal Engine Experience
