Inside Sales Representative
Industrial Manufacturing & Distribution
Calgary, AB
$70,000 Base + Commission | RRSP Matching | Full Benefits | 3 Weeks Vacation | Long-Term Career Growth

With a highly tenured leadership team and strong reputation in the industry, they are looking to add an Inside Sales Representative who enjoys customer relationships, learning technical products, and taking ownership of their work.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is professional, dependable, eager to learn, and looking for more than just another sales job.

What You’ll Do
  • Support and grow relationships with distributors and dealers across Canada
  • Respond to customer inquiries, quotations, and order requests
  • Build product knowledge and become a trusted resource for customers
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts
  • Maintain regular communication and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow
  • Track customer activity and opportunities within the CRM system
  • Learn customer needs, market trends, and industry applications over time
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or industrial sales support
  • Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, MRO, building materials, safety products, or related industries is considered an asset
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Professional, coachable, and team-oriented
  • Strong work ethic and high level of accountability
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Someone interested in building a long-term career within a stable organization
