About the Role
We are a Managed Services Provider (MSP) supporting a wide range of business clients across different industries and technical environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and direct client interaction , and who understands the pace and structure of MSP work.
This is not a single-environment internal IT role. You’ll support multiple clients, manage competing priorities, and work within a structured, ticket-driven support model.
This role is in-office only. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.

Supporting multiple client environments across desktop, user, and system-level issuesWorking in a ticketing system to track, prioritize, and resolve issuesCommunicating clearly with clients and teammatesSupporting Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, security tools, and client infrastructureEscalating issues appropriately and following defined processesWhat We’re Looking For
Required
Legal authorization to work in Canada ( Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident strongly preferred )Currently living in the BC Lower Mainland or confirmed plans to relocate within 60 daysAbility to work in-office during standard business hoursStrong communication skills and a professional, client-facing demeanorStrongly Preferred
Previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP)Experience supporting multiple clients simultaneouslyFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, endpoint management, security, and backup toolsInternal IT experience is an asset but does not replace MSP experience.
