To drive continued growth and evolution, and as part of a planned leadership transition, an opportunity now exists for a talented business development and sales leader to join the firm as Vice President, Sales & Business Development.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer and serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role will be pivotal driving the retail sales team towards achieving both organic and inorganic growth.

The VP will develop and execute strategies to enhance market share, expand services, and recruit and develop a talented team of advisors.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and driven business development leader with a proven track record of driving profitable growth in a wealth management, investment advisory or financial planning environment (such as estate planning or insurance).

Strong organizational and operational leadership skills, particularly in advisor recruitment, sales training and development, and process improvement, are essential.

The preferred candidate will be a strategic and visionary leader, able to lead through influence and persuasion, and exemplify collaboration, integrity, and client service.

Based in Vancouver, BC, this is a tremendous opportunity to take on a transformational leadership mandate to evolve and advance the sales program of an industry leader and one of BC’s most iconic organizations.

The salary range for this position range is $250,000 $300,000 plus bonuses.
