Role Overview
The Quality Assurance Analyst 2 supports large, complex enterprise applications by ensuring system quality, performance, security, and compliance. Working under the direction of a QA Team Lead, the analyst collaborates with project teams and business stakeholders to plan, execute, and report on testing activities across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, execute, and document functional, regression, performance, and connectivity testing
- Build and maintain manual and automated test cases aligned to business and system requirements
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test execution, defect tracking, and resolution
- Perform gap analysis and validate requirements against delivered solutions
- Prepare test plans, test reports, defect reports, and quality metrics
- Ensure applications comply with IT policies, security, privacy, and quality standards
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project teams throughout the SDLC
- Participate in project meetings, status updates, and quality review sessions
- Support knowledge transfer and assist with onboarding or mentoring QA team members
Mandatory Qualifications
University degree in Computer Science, Business, Health Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in quality assurance and system testingMinimum 4 years of experience with functional, regression, performance, and connectivity testingStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAvailability to start as per project scheduleDesired Skills and Experience
