Job Duties :
- You will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales responsibilities including customer service and developing relationships with customers
- Attend daily training sessions and workshops to increase product knowledge and to stay current with all of our client’s products, services, and pricing
- Develop product knowledge and practice active listening with customers and clients in order to translate that knowledge into tailored solutions with each customer interaction
- Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
Qualifications :
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales, customer service, retail or hospitality environmentTimely and dependable; You possess a reputation as always being on time and preparedConfidence in your ability to overcome challenges and achieve personal and professional goalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and conductMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high energy environment where creativity, proactivity, and teamwork are essentialBenefits :
