Intermediate Report Developer

Our client is looking for an Intermediate Report Developer for a 5 month contract in Toronto.

This is a hybrid role candidate is required to come in office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

o Fully commented and functional user interface code for web-based solutions

o Unit test code

o Test code for automated UI tests

o Experience coding with Webfocus FEX language

o Experience coding drilldown reports

o Experience with Webfocus portal development

o Experience with Java development

o Knowledge of java frameworks and libraries

o Proficiency in the latest version of Java

o Experience with Eclipse IDE , Maven

o Experience developing scripts , sub queries, nested sub queries with SQL

o Experience extracting data using SQL with Oracle, Synapse and other RDBMS

o Experience coding stored procedures , functions and packages

5+ years experience with developing large-scale business applications

5+ years experience with Webfocus report development

5+ years experience with Java development

5+ years experience with SQL development

Excellent analytical, problem solving skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Solid business acumen, ability to dialogue with Business teams / leadership to understand their priorities / goals, with intense focus on delivering Business value
