About The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing team based in Fitzroy North. This role offers autonomy, strong operational support, and the chance to manage a well-maintained portfolio while contributing to the continued growth of the business. You will be supported by full-time administration, state-of-the-art technology, and a collaborative leadership team.
Reporting to the Head of Department, your responsibilities will include :
- Managing a residential portfolio of approximately 100 properties
- Working closely with the Head of Department to grow the portfolio out to 150 properties
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with rental providers and tenants
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and contractor management
- Conducting routine, entry, and exit inspections
- Overseeing lease renewals and rental arrears management
- Ensuring compliance with Victorian legislation and internal procedures
About You
The successful candidate will have :
- 2+ years’ experience managing a residential portfolio
- Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, solutions-focused approach to property management
- Current driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- A positive attitude, strong team ethic, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
