Salary : 41.62 / hr with shift premium of $0.55 on afternoons and $0.85 on nights + Benefits + triannual profit-sharing

Cascasdes is a leading manufacturer in the cardboard packaging industry, producing high-quality corrugated products for various industries. We take pride in operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team and ensure our production equipment operates efficiently, safely, and reliably while upholding the principles of quality, cleanliness, 5S, and lean manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair corrugators, die cutters, flexographic printers, folder-gluers, and conveyor systems.

Quickly identify and resolve machine jams, misfeeds, registration issues, and other production interruptions.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), HMIs, and other automated control systems.

Follow and improve preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to enhance equipment reliability.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace following 5S methodology.

Strictly adhere to LOTO (Lockout / Tagout), and company safety procedures.

Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance machine reliability and efficiency.
