Our growing HVAC service company is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Residential HVAC Project Manager to join our team! You’ll be the face of Allard & Émond, building strong relationships with homeowners looking to upgrade their HVAC systems. With your expertise, you’ll guide them through our offerings, explain the benefits of our solutions, and help them select the best systems for their needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-home consultations : Visit customers in their homes to understand their heating and cooling needs, assess their current system, and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Project manage each sale : Own each project from start to finish, ensuring that customers feel supported and informed every step of the way.
  • Build trust and rapport : Be a trusted advisor by answering questions, educating customers, and clearly communicating the benefits of our HVAC solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets : Meet and exceed monthly goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience and converting in-home consultations into sales.
  • Collaborate with our team : Work closely with our technicians and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in HVAC, home improvement, or a similar in-home sales role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building trust and connecting with customers.
  • Self-motivation and a drive to achieve sales goals.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Bilingual in French and English preferred to best serve our Montreal customer base.
