Qualifications : Sales / Leadership Experience : Prior experience in sales or leadership roles preferred; must be ambitious, motivated, self-driven, and possess a strong work ethic.

Remote Work Experience : Proficient with virtual tools and managing time effectively in a remote setting. Exceptional Communication : Ability to build rapport, ask strategic questions, and confidently guide conversations.

Leadership Skills : A natural mentor who is coachable, inspiring, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced environment.
