What You’ll Do

Lead, drive, and optimize your functional area ( Purchasing or Quality ) with strong ownership and accountability.

Act as an independent self‑starter , capable of operating with minimal supervision.

Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, cost effectiveness, and overall performance .

Partner with cross‑functional leaders to support business ramp‑up and operational excellence .

Mentor, coach, and develop high‑performing teams, fostering continuous improvement .

Ensure full compliance with standards, regulations, and industry best practices .

What We’re Looking For

min 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or related industries.
