Health Care Aide – Home Instead

We provide Homecare services in Leduc, Wetaskiwin, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Camrose, Ponoka, and surrounding areas. We care for our Care Pros as much as we care for our clients. A variety of shifts are available from 4 to 12 hours.

Primary Responsibilities

• Companionship and conversation
• Personal care : bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication administration after delegation and supervision by a nurse
• Patient transfers using belts and assistive devices
• Alzheimer’s care and dementia care management
• Transportation to appointments, shopping, groceries
• Treat aging adults with dignity and respect
• Communicate with clients in a friendly, compassionate manner
