Bayshore Home Health – Complex Care Branch is looking for passionate and caring Registered Practical Nurses to join our amazing team of healthcare professionals, providing home care services to clients in Douro Dummer, ON. Job Qualification

Education

• Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required)

• Current RPN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body

• Valid CPR certification

Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Candidates who have been offered a position are required to provide:

• A clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening,

• Proof of being free from TB

• Two supervisory references
