Sounds Exciting? Join us The reliability technician performs condition monitoring technical analysis, including vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound and oil analysis. He will be involved in programs aimed at detecting failures, improving the availability and performance of assets.
What You Bring To The Table
- Perform vibration measurements on industrial equipment.
- Perform oil collections for condition analysis.
- Perform data analysis using software and document the results.
- Develop reports and make technical recommendations and interact with clients.
- Perform precision corrective work including dynamic balancing, laser and geometric alignment in industrial plants.
- Work on implementation programs and improvement of plant reliability (lubrication program and optimization of preventive maintenance).
Essential Skills And Qualifications To Be Successful
DEP or DEC in mechanical engineering or industrial maintenanceExperience is an asset but not mandatoryAbility to demonstrate expertise in the clients’ best interest.Professional attitude, ease in communicating with people, autonomy and initiativeWritten and verbal communication skills in French.Written and verbal communication skills in English would be considered an assetAble to write concise and meaningful reports that ensure understanding of recommendationsAvailable to travel within Eastern CanadaComputer skills, Windows & MS Office environmentWORK LOCATION
