Requirements :
- Frame floors, walls, truss roofs, and more in residential construction projects with accuracy and efficiency.
- Safely operate a variety of framing tools and equipment, adhering to established safety protocols.
- Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure precise execution of framing tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and project stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in framing
- Experience working in residential construction
- Proficiency in framing floors, walls, truss roofs, and other structural elements
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Must have own transportation and tools
- Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
