We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Freight Coordinator to support trailer production and parts flow by coordinating inbound freight and courier activity. This role works closely with vendors, carriers, drivers, and internal teams to schedule pickups, create and track load numbers and purchase orders, and support cross-border shipments.

The Freight Coordinator also monitors freight and courier costs to help ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries and coordinates warranty trailer pickups and returns with dealers and carriers. Through clear communication, strong organization, and attention to detail, this role helps ensure freight moves smoothly and documentation is accurate from pickup to delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate inbound freight and courier activity, including scheduling pickups and confirming vendor readiness.
• Create and track purchase orders (POs), load numbers, and required shipping documentation.
• Clear and support cross-border shipments by ensuring paperwork is complete and accurate (as applicable).
• Communicate daily with vendors, carriers, drivers, Purchasing, and internal teams to manage priorities and urgent pickups.
• Deliver paperwork to the yard and help prioritize trailers and loads.
• Track courier and freight costs and support basic reporting and trend analysis.
• Coordinate warranty trailer pickups and returns with dealers and carriers, including scheduling and documentation.
• Support the freight team with issue resolution and general coordination as needed.
