Responsibilities

• Provide location specific market level analysis and research to support Lifemark Real Estate on potential acquisition or new segment growth.
• Act as supporting partner for research and analytics related activities and network strategy work
• Manage real estate capital project related milestones, status updates, risk registers, stakeholder registers.
• Direct stakeholders on strategic plan for clinic network expansion across Canada
• Provide data administrative support as needed
• Develop processes to gather competitive intelligence for potential acquisitions
• Build and maintain real estate reporting tasks including GIS mapping, Power BI dashboard & monthly executive presentations.
