Our client a leading HR consulting firm dedicated to providing exceptional support and services to clients are urgently seeking five Call Centre Representatives to join their team and manage calls from pension plan members. This is a fully remote position, and equipment will be provided. Job Responsibilities :

Manage inbound calls from retirees regarding pension plans and welcome packages.
Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication to assist retirees with completing necessary documents and understanding their pension plans.
Answer questions related to life-only pensions, the retirement process, and pension terminology.
Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times, ensuring a positive experience for all callers.
Utilize provided training to effectively handle inquiries and provide accurate information.

Requirements :

Experience : Prior call centre experience is preferred. Experience handling phone calls and dealing with customers in a professional manner is essential.

Professionalism : Must be professional, polite, and friendly.

Pension Background : Ideal candidates will have a background in pensions or related fields, though this is not mandatory.

High-Speed Internet : Must have high-speed internet and the ability to connect to the modem directly.
