Your Roles

Kaleb O'very window cleaning is searching for Sales Managers to help manage clients, marketers and sales. The position includes bonus incentives, autonomous work culture, with the ability for more responsibility/pay.

This role is for an individual looking to take on a leadership role, training and managing workers, dealing with clients and day-to-day scheduling.

Training and development will be continuously provided as long as candidate is coachable, hard-working and willing to learn.

Requirements: We’re looking for a manager with a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, high school diploma, and preferably some experience with hands-on work (No professional experience necessary).

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall planning, scheduling, and assignment of project tasks associated with the project at hand.

- Managing clients and expectations.

- Selling work.

- Delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners and business owner.

- Manage day to day project tasks for properly providing services to clients.

Location: Charlottetown area
