Are you ready for this?

At the All Weather Group, we’re looking for a highly skilled, compassionate, and forward-thinking Occupational Health and Safety Nurse to join our Edmonton manufacturing team. In this dynamic and multi-divisional role, you’ll be the clinical lead and go-to resource for employee health and wellness across our nine Canadian divisions, supporting over 500 workers across multiple provinces.

This is not just a clinical role. It’s strategic, responsive, and deeply human. You’ll deliver onsite care, oversee disability management, lead health programs, supervise clinical staff, and help design systems that keep our people safe, supported, and thriving.

What you’ll do

On any given day, you’ll be responsible for :

Clinical Care and Surveillance

• Deliver advanced, compassionate clinical care in response to workplace injuries and health needs
• Provide emergency care and tele-triage support across Canadian sites, with appropriate referrals to general practitioners, emergency departments, and specialists
• Conduct health assessments and clinical follow-up for occupational and non-occupational cases
• Oversee and maintain the onsite health center to meet clinical and infection control standards, including supply management and cold chain maintenance
• Perform and support health surveillance activities including audiometry, spirometry, vision screening, and immunizations
