We are seeking a results-driven recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process for high-volume roles within our branch operations.

This is a temporary contract position (minimum 6 months), with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on business needs and performance.

This role requires a keen eye for talent, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Salary : $45,000 - $50,000 Pro Rata

Location : 55 Mulcaster St suite 600, Barrie, ON L4M 0J4, Canada

Work Pattern : Hybrid work environment

What You'll Do

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding for branch-level roles.
  • High-Volume Hiring : Efficiently fill multiple job openings while maintaining quality and speed in the recruitment process.
  • Sourcing Strategies : Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques to attract top candidates.
  • Interviewing & Assessments : Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates to ensure the right fit.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Work closely with branch leadership to understand hiring needs and expectations.
  • ATS Management : Maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Candidate Experience : Provide timely communication, feedback, and a smooth onboarding process to ensure a positive hiring journey.
  • Employer Branding : Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in high-volume hiring environments.
  • Industry Knowledge : Experience recruiting in call center / BPO industry is a plus.
  • Technology Skills : Familiarity with ATS systems, HR software, and Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
  • Strong Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure : Adaptability to changing priorities and hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player : Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external candidates.
