Join Our Team as a Scheduling Supervisor in our Healthcare Staffing Agency!

Location : (Hybrid) Burlington, ON (Hybrid Minimum 4 days / week in office)

Position Type : Full-Time

On-Call Rotation : 1 week per month

Salary : 50k - 55k

Key Responsibilities

As a Scheduling Supervisor , youll oversee and manage day-to-day scheduling operations, ensuring optimal staffing levels for client needs. Your main duties will include :

  • Scheduling & Coordination : Managing staff schedules, assigning shifts, and handling last-minute changes.
  • Communication : Acting as the central contact for staff and clients, resolving scheduling issues, and providing updates.
  • Payroll & Timesheets : Verifying timesheets for accuracy and preparing payroll documents.
  • Shift Verification : Confirming shift completions and documenting discrepancies or incidents.
  • On-Call Duties : Providing after-hours support during your on-call week.

What Were Looking For

Were seeking someone with at least 6 months of experience in healthcare staffing or scheduling. You should be organized, adaptable, and skilled in communication, with a working knowledge of scheduling software and Microsoft Office. A high school diploma is required; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
