What You Bring

  • 2-4 years of related experience, exposure to the multi-family asset class considered an asset
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ARGUS real estate software
  • CFA designation considered an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to think logically and problem solve effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining strict deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A positive attitude, the ability to take initiative and work in a dynamic environment
