OBJECTIVE

Under the supervision of the Director, Digital Transformation, the Ecommerce Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational execution and stability of the company’s ecommerce platforms.

The role ensures effective delivery of ecommerce initiatives by coordinating development activities, managing sprint execution, overseeing release readiness, and monitoring site performance. Acting as the primary operational point of contact across ecommerce, this role translates strategic priorities into executable plans and ensures issues are identified, escalated, and resolved efficiently.

Responsibilities

Ecommerce Operations Management

• Own day-to-day ecommerce operations across B2B and B2C platforms, ensuring platform stability and operational continuity.
• Act as the first point of escalation for ecommerce incidents, outages, or performance issues, and lead post‑incident follow‑up.
• Lead cross‑functional issue resolution by coordinating workshops or working sessions with Planning, IT, Logistics, Merchandising, or other stakeholders to investigate issues, align on root causes, and drive agreed solutions to completion.

Performance Monitoring & Data‑Driven Optimization
