What You’ll Do

• Next Level Guest Service : Successfully complete an exceptional training program designed for top notch guest service agents
• Be a Brand Ambassador : Represent our values and culture in person, on the telephone and online. Share your passion for Canalta hotels
• Deliver Stellar Service : Provide 7 Star service by anticipating guests’ needs and creating unforgettable moments
• Welcome Guests with a Smile : Create a friendly and welcoming environment for all guests, handling check-ins and check-outs with ease
• Be a Problem Solver : Take on challenges and be empowered to resolve guest issues. Turn obstacles into opportunities for unforgettable guest experiences
• Bring your A-game to maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the lobby and reception area to create an inviting environment for guests
• Embrace our hotel’s guidelines and safety measures - they’re here to ensure our team members and our guest experience is both amazing and safe
