Our client within wealth management requires a Client Service Analyst to join their team. This highly collaborative role will be part of the Client Care services team that delivers an exceptional client service experience to their portfolio of clients. The individual in this role will oversee and undertake a wide range of client service and support functions as part of a highly integrated team of professionals. This role requires a working knowledge of life insurance products and operations, a strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, meticulous preparation of reports, and a commitment to service excellence
Responsibilities :
- Acquire a deep understanding of the products we service to provide accurate and timely support.
- Manage and process a variety of client and internal inquiries to completion, specifically client service requests, preparation of client reports, updates / changes to client information and annual reviews, as it pertains to ultra-high net worth life insurance policies.
- Prepare insurance reports for our clients and in support of the regular insurance review processes. Update client data (illustrations) in our systems so that our reporting is always impeccably accurate
- Maintain productivity and service level standards with a high degree of quality and client satisfaction.
- Apply critical thinking skills to analyze data to identify issues and collaborate with the appropriate people to problem solve and provide solutions.
- Coordinate, collaborate, communicate, and manage all related activities with internal / external advisors, insurance providers, clients and the client’s legal and financial team, and other internal resources as needed.
- Aspire to ensure that every client experience is extraordinary by providing ‘white-glove service’.
- Participate fully in projects and corporate development work to seek improvements in service excellence and efficiency, and to help the growth of the company.
Qualifications :
University or college degree / diploma in a relevant field of study is an asset.A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer service role within financial services.Ultra-high net worth insurance experience strongly preferred and is an asset.Strong customer focus and service orientation.Sound problem solving and decision-making and critical thinking skills.Strong Microsoft Excel skills to prepare and customize client insurance reports.Adaptability and flexibility – a self-starter, able to multi-task and coordinate own work to deliver on several items in parallel.Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines in an environment with complexities.Strong written and verbal communication skills – pleasant demeanor, ability to work with multiple personalities and provide written communication with a high attention to detail and quality.If you are already registered with TDS Personnel please contact your Consultant.
