Job Description
Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for the daily coordination of medical clinic activities. He / she plays a key role in organizing medical services, optimizing operational processes, supporting clinic management and continuously improving the customer experience and patient journey. This role requires positive leadership, proven organizational skills and the ability to proactively and effectively resolve problems.
Main responsibilities
- Support to clinical management
Provide ongoing support to the clinical director in order to assist her in her various operational issues.
Participate in various operational meetings as needed.Actively contribute to various projects such as the opening of new branches, the implementation of new medical services, etc.Participate in the training, integration and development of staff, as needed.Process optimizationIdentify and implement improvements to internal processes in order to increase efficiency and reduce waiting times patients and improve the customer experience.
Ensure compliance with current policies, procedures and regulatory standards.Customer ExperienceMaintain a consistent, welcoming and professional environment for customers.
Produce a detailed report on customer complaints or concerns and ensure timely and effective resolutions.Management SupportCollaborate with management to establish strategic objectives and ensure their implementation.
Produce reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest strategies to improve results.Participate in the supervision and control of clinical budgets.Participate in the planning and integration of new medical or administrative.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in administration or equivalentOperations management profile or a related field relevant to the job.3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the private health sector.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and files simultaneously.Demonstrated leadership and ability to mobilize teams.Good knowledge of the use of information technologies.Excellent communication skills in French and English.Conditions :
