Technology Lead Azure DevOps

Infosys is seeking a Technology Lead. The position is for a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Python and conversational AI to design build and scale chatbot solutions across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in building intelligent virtual assistants integrating LLMs orchestrating backend services and leading a technical team to deliver high-quality production-grade conversational applications.

Required Qualifications :

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga Ontario orwilling to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4years of InformationTechnologyexperience.
• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python (APIs async programming application architecture).
• Strong experience with chatbot frameworks such as ; Rasa / Rasa Pro LangChain Botpress.
• Experience with FastAPI Flask Django or other Python microservices frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications :

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be :

Ontario : $ 89004 to $ 115491.
