There’s nothing better than accompanying Charlotte from Grade 1 to Grade 6. Autobus Rive-Sud Inc. is seeking school bus drivers to safely transport students to and from school in the Montérégie region. Be part of the daily journey of dozens of young students!

Morning and afternoon, you’ll be responsible for inspecting your vehicle, driving safely, maintaining discipline on board, and making multiple stops to pick up and drop off children. Rain or shine, we count on you to get them to school safely.

Nothing beats your new routine

• Drive the vehicle to transport children to school or home
• Ensure the safety of children when they board and exit the bus and when they cross the street at the bus stop
• Maintain discipline on board the vehicle
• Keep mandatory reports up to date (RDS report, daily log, etc.)
• Perform vehicle safety checks;
• Keep the vehicle clean;
• Refuel the vehicle at the end of the day.

Requirements

• No criminal record related to the job;
• Good driving record;
• Good knowledge of the area;
• The minimum age to hold a school bus driver’s license in Quebec is ;
• Two years of driving experience;
• Spoken and written language: French;
• Class 1 license (an asset);
• Class 2 license (an asset);
• Class 4B license (an asset);
• Class 5 license (required)
• Valid Canadian work permit (required)
