Overview

The team at Thunderbird Dental in Walnut Grove, BC is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist on a part-time basis. The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure patients have a positive, rewarding experience.

Responsibilities

Provide a full range of dental services with high-quality care and a positive patient experience.
Communicate clearly with patients and coworkers and work independently as needed.
Build and maintain patient relationships within a close-knit team.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited program, or successful completion of the NDEB equivalency process.

Registered or in the process of registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals; eligible to practice in British Columbia.

New graduates welcome; open to applicants registered with other Canadian provinces.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families; passion for endodontics and proficiency in root canal therapy is a plus.

Employment Details

Position : Associate Dentist (part-time, 2–3 days per week).

Schedule (typical) : Wednesday 11 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM; Thursday 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM; Alternate Saturdays 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM; Flexible days with potential Tuesday or Friday clinic hours.

Compensation : fee-for-service, with remuneration starting from 35% - 43% of collections (depending on experience).
