HVAC Technical Support Advisor

The Residential HVAC Technical Support Advisor will have the responsibility of working with the technical services and product management teams to provide technical after sales service to HVAC-R technicians and to proactively help deliver training to customers and staff. This person will provide support to partners in Eastern Canada. This position is a hybrid role and can be based in Moncton or Halifax / Dartmouth area. Ability to travel is a requirement of this position.

What you will accomplish with us

• Provide local tech support assistance for our factory partner brands.
• Assist customers in trouble shooting of our HVAC-R equipment brands. This assistance will be provided through phone, video conference and when required travel to job sites.
• Help resolve technical issues processing of special labor and material claims between contractor, Master Group and the manufacturer partners.
• Facilitate start-ups of residential HVAC equipment.
• Act as technical resource to the Master Group sales teams.
• Prepare and provide technical training and fulfill the objectives given by the product management director.
• To professionally represent Master Group Inc’s best interest at all times when interacting with internal teams, external customers and building owners.

What You Bring to Our Team

Fundamental or advanced understanding of electrical wiring schematics.

Compensation Information

Base Salary Range : $65,000 - $95,000 annually

Supplemental Pay Types Include : annual bonus
