Shuttle Driver / Customer Service Representative

Location : Leduc, Alberta

Summary of the Role

We are looking for a friendly and dependable Shuttle Driver / Customer Service Representative to support our RV rental operations in Leduc, Alberta. This role combines customer service, light administrative work, and shuttle driving to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers from arrival to departure.

What You’ll Do

Welcome and assist customers during RV departures and returns

Provide friendly, efficient customer service

Demonstrate RV features and complete basic quality checks

Shuttle customers to and from hotels, the airport, and the rental facility

Assist customers with luggage as needed

Process basic paperwork, payments, and reservations

Keep the shuttle bus clean, safe, and in good working condition

Follow traffic laws and use defensive driving skills

Support the team with other duties as needed

What You Bring

Valid Alberta driver’s licence (Class 2 or Class 4)

Customer service experience

Comfortable driving passengers

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Clear English communication skills

Availability to work weekends

Work Environment

Combination of indoor and outdoor work

Shift work, including evenings and weekends

Physically active role
