YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A FINANCIAL DATA ENTRY CLERK :
- Process online corporate orders, overseeing the entire process from start to finish.
- Input pricing information into the system’s price list and manage data entry tasks for the purchasing department.
- Prioritize pending tasks such as downloading catalogs onto flash drives and completing documentation.
- Progress gradually into broader responsibilities including corporate customer service, purchasing, and logistics management.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A FINANCIAL DATA ENTRY CLERK :
- Proficiency in Sage 300 for financial tasks like accounting and payroll, ensuring smooth operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel for spreadsheet creation and analysis.
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry would be considered an asset
- Previous experience in purchasing and buying would be considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
