Consists of Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) who deliver a great customer service experience by demonstrating compassion and empathy towards our residents, family members and team. How You Make a Difference

RPNs are responsible for providing planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care in accordance with the provincial standards of care. RPNs are an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team who build trusted relationships with our residents, families and teams with continuous ongoing and effective communication. RPNs implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plans and make changes as required. RPNs complete and ensure resident’s clinical care assessments, care plans and documentation are accurate, up to date and communicate changes as required. RPNs teach, delegate and direct unregulated care providers, providing them with coaching & mentorship.
