About the Role
As the Performance Analyst, you will provide the UGP Manager with all the data and information needed to correctly manage the UGP, through performance monitoring and analysis (i.e. lines, materials, efficiencies, quality, labour, etc.) and directional reporting preparation.
Main Responsibilities
Budget
- Collaborates, with the UGP Manager and the Controlling Unit, in the production budget elaboration
- Support the UGP and Maintenance Manager in preparing and supplying information for the investment budget elaboration
- Elaborates, together with the UGP Manager, the general expenditure budget (consumable, training, …)
- Performance of production lines
Monitoring performances and productive factors
Collaborates with the RDL / UGP Manager in optimizing the production output and performances (materials, labour, machines, methods, scheduling), through the analysis of the available dataResponsible for the line performance analysis and share information in production meetingsCollaborates with the UGP Manager for Stock Management, with responsibility for the monthly inventory system adjustment (packaging, raw materials), with RTO, Team Leaders and Packaging component providers supporting him / her mainly for the physical countResponsible for the SAP and ADP hours reconciliation (end of the month)Gap analysis and Production Scheduling
Collaborates with UGP Manager in the Production Performance Gap Analysis and participates to improve the identified areasCollaborates with the Planning Unit for the Daily Production Scheduling (for week + 1) and in verifying the feasibility / convenience of a production schedule modification within the weekContinuous Improvement
Support all players in the continuous improvement process under an economical point of viewCertify results of continuous improvement actionQuality and Food Safety
Ensure all program requirements / standards regarding quality and food safety are implemented, practiced and maintainedSupport with the traceability of Materials used within the UGP for tracking purposesWho we are looking for
