Trotman Auto Group is seeking an HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team based out of Langley Chrysler!

About the Role :

Reporting to the Director of HR and Strategic Initiatives, the HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process, database administration, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Schedule : Full-Time; Monday-Friday

Compensation : $48,000-$60,000

The typical hiring range for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 per year.

The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Who you are :

Experience : 1+ years as an HR Administrator

HR Focus : experience with Talent acquisition, onboarding, employment agreements and OH&S

Attitude : Positive and extroverted personality, comfortable with speaking to small groups

Tech Savvy :  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating software

Work Style : Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What your day will look like :

Employee Records Management :  Maintaining and updating records of employees

Recruitment Support :  Assisting with the recruitment process

Onboarding :  Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientations

Employee Inquiries :  Serving as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, addressing questions about policies, benefits, and procedures

OH&S Compliance :  Auditing and record keeping
