Our client, a leading organization in the supply chain sector, is seeking an experienced  HR Manager  to lead and manage strategic and operational HR initiatives. This role partners closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure HR programs, policies, and practices align with organizational goals and drive employee engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that support both current and future business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and associates, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Lead and conduct  internal employee investigations , ensuring fair and compliant resolution of workplace issues.
• Oversee compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices, including audits and process reviews.
• Manage staffing, succession planning, and employee development programs, including coaching and training managers on hiring, performance reviews, terminations, promotions, and workplace safety.
• Administer compensation and benefits systems, HRMS updates, performance management processes, and annual engagement or evaluation cycles.
• Foster strong relationships with site and regional leadership, HR teams, and cross-functional departments to promote collaboration and best practices.
