In this role as Director of Operations your contributions lead to significant opportunities to make a difference, work with skilled radiologists, modality managers who are subject matter experts in their field, talented technologists, customer care agents and administrators as well as collaborating with leaders across CDC to refine and innovate in areas of patient access, patient experience, efficiency of care, leader development, marketing, and policy development.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop leaders and teams through coaching and mentorship in areas such as patient service, business development, process improvement, training, and team retention.
- Ensure excellent communication, change execution, engagement, and cultural alignment.
- Expand upon and develop operational analysis to assist with data-driven decision making.
- Cultivate strong relationships through effective communication, empathy, and a patient-centric approach.
- Ensure we are making progress in the patient care journey and having a positive impact on the lives of everyone we serve.
This includes effective communication and problem-solving with the CDC medical team as well as incorporating patient feedback into business operations.
- Manage projects such as expansion planning and provide feedback on the development, design, and buildout of new clinics from inception to completion, working in consultation with architects, contractors, sub-trades, and vendors, in addition to CDC medical professionals.
- Support the Capital Asset budget for business-related equipment, supplies and service contracting.
- Oversee building and equipment repairs and maintenance including service contracts and schedules; ensure operations are maintained at an exceptional standard and exam schedules are not unduly affected.
- Ensure appearance and operational excellence and performance of clinics are consistent and at high standards.
- Establish and revise organizational process and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization with respect to policies and procedures as well as develop and implement change management practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in a healthcare related discipline.
- Prior experience in operational and service delivery in healthcare or related industry.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, leading and mentoring a diverse team including developing leadership and motivational programs that have a direct impact on the bottom line.
- Project management skills : planning for long-term growth and expansion, facility design and renovation, workflow assessment and change management.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both with patients and a multidisciplinary medical team.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and influence data-driven business decisions.
- Understanding of construction process and contract management; ability to read architectural drawings, blueprints, and documents.
- Knowledge of healthcare environmental design and impact on service delivery, taking into account safety, employee and patient satisfaction, efficiency, ergonomics and other factors.
- Effective planning, organizing and time management skills combined with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established KPI’s and organizational objectives.
