Overview
Our client is looking for a Business Systems Manager to join their dynamic team.
As a Business Systems Manager you :
- Collaborates with business owners and provides input on developing a strategic roadmap of business systems
- Develop strategies to help the company leaders achieve their goals through efficient and cost-effective technology solutions
- Effectively manage multiple projects with appropriate prioritization and resource management while meeting timing and financial commitments
- Design, develop and implement policies and procedures
- Preparation of annual budget for area of responsibility
- Develop KPIs to help manage the operations and identify areas of improvement
- Effectively manage suppliers and managed service provider relationships to ensure achievement of contractual SLAs and lowest cost alternatives in place
- Oversee a corporate-wide application architecture that demonstrates how technology and systems support all essential business functions and data flows
- Ensure that proposed business solutions align with the enterprise architecture's overall company goals and technical capabilities
- Lead the Business Systems Analyst team and mentor them in business analysis and project management skills
- Track and monitor IT software development projects to efficiently utilize software development time
- Ensure that all IT projects have clear requirements, agreed to by all stakeholders, and an acceptable return on investment (ROI)
