AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY :
The successful applicant will assist the Supervisor Coordinator and other Traffic Signals staff with various tasks related to the day-to-day operation of the traffic signals system traffic signal construction traffic signal maintenance and the deployment of the Citys advanced traffic management system. Work may include construction inspections traffic studies field investigation of Traffic Signal complaints surveys data collection GIS integration Advance Traffic Management System monitoring System data mining and report generation and Traffic Signal maintenance program tracking and analysis. The position is intended to act as a supporting role in the Traffic Signals operation construction and field roles in which the successful applicants will perform investigations studies and inspections of the City of Bramptons Traffic Signals System.
Assist in the design layout and activation of traffic signals related hardware
SELECTION CRITERIA : EDUCATION :
Completion of High School (Grade 12) graduation or equivalent.
OTHER SKILLS AND ASSETS :
Must possess a valid Ontario non-probationary Class G Drivers License. Access to a vehicle is a requirement of this job.
