Senior Web3 UX Designer (Remote / Contract)
We are seeking a Senior Web3 UX Designer with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a Product Designer or UI / UX Designer, specifically in the web3 / crypto space.
It is a remote contractual job, and the applicant should possess exceptional skills in creating user-centric designs and have a proven track record of delivering intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and user needs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality designs for our web application.
- Craft user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for blockchain interactions.
- Design dashboards that allow users to view their holdings and statistics seamlessly.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to collect feedback and refine designs.
- Analyze competing projects to identify design flaws and provide actionable recommendations for optimal design.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the final product aligns with design specifications and user expectations.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in web3, crypto, and blockchain technology.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer in the web3 / crypto sector.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design work for web applications, with an emphasis on blockchain projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Thorough understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, smart contracts, and wallet integrations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
