Program Overview

As a Management Trainee, you’ll rotate through various departments and take on core responsibilities including :
Supporting field operations and project executionAssisting in cost estimation, scheduling, and proposal development
Participating in safety meetings, inspections, and auditsDeveloping quality control and turnover packagesCollaborating with teams across construction, engineering, and business servicesEngaging in planning, benchmarking, and process improvementsWho We’re Looking For
