Your new role

The Contract Manager will oversee the full contract lifecycle – from bid development and proposal support through contract negotiation, execution,pliance monitoring, change orders, risk management, and close-out.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Geology (or equivalent), with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the mineral exploration business
• Experience in geotechnical drilling, environmental drilling, and construction services will be a significant asset.
• Post-secondary training in Business Development and / or engineering is preferred but not required. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• 5–8 years of experience in contract management, including drafting and negotiating.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, insurance, andpliance requirements.
• Legal background and understanding of procurement processes is an asset.
