Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Accountant (Full Cycle) with expertise in JD Edwards (JDE) to manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and reconciliation. Ideally, you will have a strong background in full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger reconciliation, financial statement preparation, and month-end / year-end closing. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Performs a wide range of accounts receivable functions, including preparing, entering and processing invoices and credit notes, collection, dealing with inquiries and resolving issues by contacting internal and external customers, etc. Ensures all revenues are invoiced and coded accurately and in a timely manner. Maintains accounts payable recordsPerforms all payroll processing functions in an accurate and timely manner. Maintains payroll recordsUsing the job costing module, coordinates and ensures information captured by the accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, payroll and general ledger modules is accurate. Prepares recovery invoices and reports. Sets up job costing codesPerforms reconciliation of accounts and remittances, creates and enters journal vouchers, prepares month-end and year-end reports, and conducts all period-end responsibilities, as assignedAssists with the preparation of reports as directedEnsures correctness and completeness of data transfer to and from other systems, and communicates issues with the appropriate departmentsAssist in identifying and implementing process improvements as requiredPerforms other assigned duties as requiredQualifications :
Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.3+ years of full-cycle accounting experienceProficiency in JD Edwards (JDE) ERP software is preferredStrong knowledge of GAAP and other financial regulations.Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Are you interested in this position?
