Your impact

As theDigital Learning Content Designer reporting to the Retail Operations and Capability Manager you will bring ideas to life through dynamic animated and interactive learning experiences. You work collaboratively with peers and stakeholders to create into engaging microlearning that inspires informs and elevates performance across our retail network.

• Create animated and interactive microlearning using Articulate 360Canva Pro and other content creation tools
• Design visually engaging content aligned to clear scopes from training leads
• Develop scalable learning materials that uplift operator capability and customer experience
• Optimise and refresh existing content to maintain relevance and engagement
• Support training sessions and demonstrations across the retail network
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine and enhance learning experiences
