I. SUMMARY
This position is responsible for overseeing everyday activities conducted by your team, and ensuring you have the manpower available to perform the tasks. You will be responsible for determining the priorities of work to be done, this could be influenced by the customers needs combined with your initiative. When performing tasks it is crucial to follow the procedures in place so best practices can be disseminated throughout your team. Acting as a conduit between the Assistant Site Leader, the Site Leader and your crew you will need to be flexible with your time and willing to provide constructive ways to find solutions to reoccurring and new issues.

This incumbent regularly works in an outdoor environment, in various weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and / or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
